PayTraQer Pricing, PayTraQer Cost and PayTraQer Alternatives for PayPal, Stripe and Square Sync
PayTraQer is SaaSAnt's payment sync app, and the price question has a messier answer than it should. Its own pricing page, read on October 25, 2026, shows only annual prices: Rise $190 a year for 500 transactions a month, Scale $290 for 1,000, Large $490 for 5,000 and Dynamic $990 for 10,000, with a custom Flexi plan through sales. The monthly toggle shows nothing, and SaaSAnt's help center lists $19, $29, $49 and $99 a month for the same four plans. Capterra and GetApp still print an older ladder that starts at $9.90, so a buyer comparing listings sees three different answers. The rules behind the numbers matter more than the numbers. Every synced transaction uses one credit, undoing a sync does not give the credit back, unused credits expire at the end of the month, and payments are non-refundable. Rise also caps you at two payment processors and one user. What PayTraQer does well is narrow and useful: it pulls PayPal, Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, Clover, Braintree and Amazon Pay activity, plus Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon orders, into QuickBooks Online or Xero with fees and refunds split out. What it does not do is prove the bank statement. A sync app writes entries; payroll, card spend, loan draws, ACH batches and transfers between your own accounts never pass through a payment gateway, and they are what keep the month open. Reconciler is that second job. It reads your processors read-only next to the bank and the ledger, pairs every deposit with the sales and fees behind it, and explains each match in plain English. This page lays out PayTraQer's full ladder and its real alternatives, A2X, Synder, Webgility and Bookkeep, with prices from their own pages.

Honest fit
Which one you should actually pick
Pick PayTraQer when
PayTraQer is the better fit, and the cheaper one, when the job is getting PayPal, Stripe or Square activity into QuickBooks Online or Xero with fees and refunds on their own lines. At 500 transactions a month it costs $190 a year, which undercuts A2X for PayPal at $45 a month and Synder at $52 a month billed yearly. A seller with one or two gateways and steady volume will rarely find a lower published ladder.
Pick Reconciler when
Reconciler is the better fit when the payment side already posts and the books still will not close. The open lines are the ones no gateway ever saw: card spend, ACH batches covering a dozen invoices, wires, payroll, loan draws and transfers between your own accounts, plus the deposits themselves, which bundle several days of sales net of fees. A sync app writes entries; it does not prove them.
Questions people ask
PayTraQer alternatives, answered
How much does PayTraQer cost?
PayTraQer's pricing page, read on October 25, 2026, lists four plans billed annually: Rise $190 a year for 500 transactions a month, Scale $290 for 1,000, Large $490 for 5,000 and Dynamic $990 for 10,000. SaaSAnt's help center gives the monthly rates as $19, $29, $49 and $99. A custom Flexi plan is available through sales. Every plan includes automated sync; users, sync rules and history grow with the tier.
Is PayTraQer free?
No. PayTraQer has a free trial, not a free plan. The trial runs 15 days, covers 10 transactions and up to 30 days of history, and needs no credit card. Some Capterra and GetApp pages still show a free version and Pro plans at $9.90 and $19.90 a month; those figures do not match PayTraQer's own pricing page and look out of date.
What counts as a transaction in PayTraQer?
Each synced record uses one credit, whether it is a sale, a refund, a fee or a transfer, per SaaSAnt's help center. Undoing a sync does not return the credits it used, and unused monthly credits expire automatically. So a PayPal account with heavy refunds or many small fee lines can burn through a 500 credit plan faster than its order count suggests. Count every line type before choosing a tier.
Does PayTraQer work with Xero?
Yes. PayTraQer syncs into QuickBooks Online and Xero, and SaaSAnt publishes separate PayPal to Xero and Square to Xero integration pages. QuickBooks Desktop and NetSuite are not named on its site. For Xero users, check your Xero plan as well: multi-currency PayPal balances need Xero Established at $97 a month on the US plans, whatever sync app you choose.
What are the best PayTraQer alternatives?
The closest PayTraQer alternatives are A2X, Synder, Webgility and Bookkeep. A2X for PayPal starts at $29 a month for 200 transactions and posts one summarized entry per payout. Synder starts at $65 a month, or $52 billed yearly, for 500 synced transactions. Webgility starts at $69 a month billed annually for 300 orders. Bookkeep prices on annual revenue instead of volume. PayTraQer publishes the lowest ladder of the five at 500 to 5,000 transactions.
Does PayTraQer reconcile bank deposits?
Not as a stated feature. PayTraQer posts payment activity into the ledger with fees and refunds split out, which makes the processor side easier to reconcile. Matching each bank deposit to the batch of sales and fees inside it is still a step you do in QuickBooks or Xero. Activity that never passed through a gateway, such as payroll, card spend and ACH batches, is outside its scope entirely.
Can I get a refund on PayTraQer?
SaaSAnt's help center states that payments for PayTraQer are non-refundable, and credits used by a sync are not restored if you undo it. That makes the 15 day trial the place to test your real volume. Run a full month of history through it if you can, count the credits used, and only then pick between Rise, Scale and Large.
Can I use PayTraQer and reconciliation software together?
Yes, and that is the normal shape once volume grows. PayTraQer works upstream, turning PayPal, Stripe and Square activity into ledger entries. Reconciliation software works downstream, proving that what QuickBooks or Xero now says agrees with the bank, the cards and every processor, including the deposits that bundle several days of sales. They read different data and catch different errors.
