Ecommerce reconciliation software matches the payouts from Shopify and marketplaces against the orders, fees, and refunds behind them, and ties the net deposits to your accounting ledger. Reconciler takes your Shopify Payments and marketplace payout exports as CSV, your bank statement as CSV (or Mercury and Brex read-only), and your QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite ledger read-only or as a CSV export, then matches the lines of each payout export to the orders in your ledger, ties the processor fees to your fee expense line, and matches refunds to the sales they reverse. A payout that nets dozens of orders minus fees to a single $2,410.00 deposit is tied out automatically, while a refund that was never booked or a fee recorded twice is flagged as an exception with a plain-English reason. It sits on top of the ledger you already run, so there is no rip-and-replace. Reconciler is read-only and never moves money, nothing auto-posts, and a person reviews every exception. It is not financial or tax advice.
