Xendoo Pricing and Xendoo Alternatives for Businesses That Keep Their Own Bookkeeper

Xendoo sells people, not software. A dedicated US bookkeeping team reconciles your expenses weekly in QuickBooks Online or Xero and sends monthly financial reports, with a dashboard and mobile app on top. The pricing page is clear about what each tier allows. Essential is $395 a month, or $355 billed annually, for up to $50,000 in monthly expenses, four bank or credit card accounts, cash-basis books and one integration. Growth is $695, or $625 annually, for up to $75,000, six accounts, cash or modified accrual, two integrations and a semi-annual tax consult. Scale is $995, or $895 annually, for up to $125,000, twelve accounts, a custom chart of accounts, bi-weekly calls and four integrations. Above $125,000 a month, or on full accrual, the plan is quoted. Catch-up bookkeeping starts at $295 a month, a fractional CFO at $2,500 a month, and business tax returns at $1,295 a year. There are no onboarding fees and no annual contracts, with 30 days notice to cancel. In February 2026 Xendoo also bought Infinite, the bookkeeping platform Botkeeper sold to accounting firms. For an owner with nobody on the books, that is a fair bundle. The math changes when a bookkeeper, office manager or outside CPA already works in your ledger. Then most of what you would buy is a second team doing the same weekly matching, and the account and integration caps push you up a tier as you add a card or a Stripe account. A company with five bank and card accounts already needs Growth at $625 a month billed annually, whatever its expenses. Reconciler automates that matching for the person you already have. It connects QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite read-only, ties bank and card lines plus Stripe, PayPal and Square payouts to the ledger, explains each match and lists what does not tie.

Honest fit

Which one you should actually pick

Pick Xendoo when

Xendoo is the better buy for an owner with nobody keeping the books who wants a US team to book, reconcile and report every week in QuickBooks Online or Xero, with tax returns and CFO help available from the same firm, and whose monthly expenses and account count fit one of the three tiers.

Pick Reconciler when

Reconciler is the better buy when someone already keeps your books. Your bookkeeper, office manager or CPA stays in QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite, and Reconciler proves bank, card and Stripe, PayPal or Square activity against the ledger on every sync, with no cap on accounts. It connects read-only, explains every match and costs $89 a month billed yearly with the ledger connected.

Questions people ask

Xendoo alternatives, answered

How much does Xendoo cost?

Read on October 15, 2026, Xendoo Essential costs $395 a month, or $355 a month billed annually; Growth $695, or $625 annually; and Scale $995, or $895 annually. Plans are sized by monthly expenses up to $125,000 and by bank and card accounts. Above that, or for full accrual books, Xendoo quotes a custom plan.

What is included in Xendoo Essential?

Essential covers bookkeeping for up to $50,000 in monthly expenses, up to four bank or credit card accounts, weekly bookkeeping by a dedicated team, cash-basis books and one integration, plus the Insights XP dashboard and monthly reports. Modified accrual, more accounts and more integrations start on Growth.

Does Xendoo charge a setup fee?

No. Xendoo's pricing page says there are no onboarding or setup fees. Catch-up work on books that are behind is a separate service starting at $295 a month, and tax returns are priced separately from bookkeeping.

Can I cancel Xendoo anytime?

Xendoo's FAQ says there are no annual contracts and you can cancel with 30 days notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly price by about 10 percent, so check how a mid-year cancellation would be handled before choosing it.

Does Xendoo use QuickBooks or Xero?

Both. Xendoo's FAQ says it works in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and it runs a QuickBooks to Xero migration service called Q2X. Shopify sales come in through A2X. NetSuite and Sage Intacct are not named on the pages we read.

Did Xendoo buy Botkeeper?

Xendoo bought Infinite, Botkeeper's bookkeeping platform for accounting firms, on February 27, 2026, after Botkeeper announced its shutdown, and said the platform would stay active and supported. Our Botkeeper page covers what that means for firms that used it.

What are the best Xendoo alternatives?

For another done-for-you bookkeeping service, buyers compare Xendoo with Pilot, Bookkeeper360 and local CPA firms. For startups specifically, Fondo and Zeni. If you keep your own bookkeeper and only want reconciliation automated, Reconciler does that from $89 a month billed yearly with QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite.

Is Xendoo worth it for a small business?

It is worth it when nobody in the business can keep the books and you want weekly bookkeeping plus tax from one firm. It is poor value when a bookkeeper or CPA already does the work, because you pay $355 or more a month for a second team. Then software that automates the matching costs far less.

Can I keep my in-house bookkeeper instead of hiring Xendoo?

Yes. Your bookkeeper or CPA keeps working in QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite. Reconciler reads the ledger, bank and card feeds and Stripe, PayPal or Square payouts read-only, matches the lines, explains each pair and lists what does not tie, and nothing is posted to your books without your accountant.
