Automatic deposit matching for Shopify, Amazon, Stripe and Square payouts is not on Gold; it starts on Platinum. And connecting an ERP such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica or Odoo is Enterprise only, at a custom price. So a seller who wants payouts matched to deposits is paying at least $5,988 a year before onboarding. What Connex matches is its own synced sales against the deposits they produced. Does Connex have a monthly plan?
No. Connex bills every plan annually, and the monthly figures on its pricing page, $399 on Gold and $499 on Platinum, are the yearly price divided by twelve. New subscriptions can get a full refund within the first 30 days, but guided implementation fees are not refundable and there is no prorated refund after that window.
Does Connex reconcile Shopify and Amazon payouts?
Partly. Automatic deposit matching for Shopify, Amazon, Stripe and Square is included on Platinum and Enterprise, not on Gold, and the $1,800 Standard onboarding package includes payout reconciliation setup. It matches the deposits its own synced sales produced. It does not reconcile the rest of your bank or card statement against the general ledger.
Does Connex work with QuickBooks Desktop?
Yes. Connex supports QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Enterprise, including installs on a remote server or a hosted provider, and it pairs through a small file rather than a desktop app you install.
