SaasAnt Pricing, SaasAnt Transactions Cost and SaasAnt Alternatives for QuickBooks Online
SaasAnt Transactions Online is a bulk import tool for QuickBooks Online, and its price is easier to read than most. Its help center, read on October 30, 2026, lists Growth at $25 a month ($250 a year) for one company with 25,000 monthly credits and 4,000 lines per file, Scale at $50 ($500) for 50,000 credits and 5,000 lines, and Automate at $100 ($1,000) for 100,000 credits and 10,000 lines. Multi-company plans run from Launch-3 at $50 a month for three companies to Launch-30 at $150 for thirty, with Enterprise by quote. A 30 day trial gives 100 credits and caps imports and deletes at 50 lines, and the page does not define what one credit is, which is the first thing to test on your own file. What SaasAnt does well is narrow and useful: it loads invoices, bills, journal entries and bank statement lines from Excel, CSV or PDF into QuickBooks, and it can export, edit and delete in bulk. What it does not do is prove the books. Loading rows is writing, and writing is exactly where a duplicate import, a wrong account or a missed batch gets into the ledger. Reconciler is the check on the other side. It connects QuickBooks Online and Xero read-only, reads your bank statement and processor activity next to the ledger, pairs every deposit with the entries behind it, and writes a plain English reason under each match. It posts nothing, so it can sit beside an import tool and catch what an import got wrong, including the same file loaded twice. This page sets SaasAnt's published plans next to Reconciler's, and lists the tools that do the same loading job.

Honest fit
Which one you should actually pick
Pick SaasAnt when
SaasAnt is the better fit, and the cheaper one, when the job is moving rows into QuickBooks Online: a year of sales from a spreadsheet, a bank statement as a PDF, a clean-up that deletes a few thousand wrong entries. At $25 a month it undercuts nearly every sync app on this site. A bookkeeper who onboards messy clients will rarely find a lower published price for bulk loading.
Pick Reconciler when
Reconciler is the better fit when the rows are in and the books still will not close. The open lines are the ones an import cannot see: a deposit that bundles several days of sales net of fees, an ACH batch covering a dozen invoices, a card statement that does not agree with its coded lines. An import writes entries; it does not prove them.
Questions people ask
SaasAnt alternatives, answered
How much does SaasAnt Transactions cost?
SaasAnt Transactions Online, read on its help center on October 30, 2026, lists Growth at $25 a month ($250 a year), Scale at $50 ($500) and Automate at $100 ($1,000) for a single QuickBooks company. Multi-company plans are Launch-3 at $50 a month, Launch-10 at $75 and Launch-30 at $150, with Enterprise above 30 companies by quote. Third-party listings show different, older figures, so use the vendor page.
Is SaasAnt free?
No. SaasAnt has a 30 day trial, not a free plan. The trial includes all features and 100 credits, but imports and deletes are limited to 50 lines. Some review sites still print starting prices of $9 or $15 a month that do not match the current help center page.
What counts as a credit in SaasAnt?
The pricing page does not define a credit. A third-party listing says one credit equals one row of a file, which would make a 4,000 line file use 4,000 credits on a 25,000 credit Growth plan. Check with the vendor, and test with a real file during the trial before you pick a tier.
Does SaasAnt reconcile bank statements?
Not as a stated feature. SaasAnt imports bank statement lines and receipts into QuickBooks Online, which gets the rows in. Matching each deposit to the sales, fees and refunds behind it, and proving the account agrees with the statement, is still a step you do in QuickBooks. That second step is what reconciliation software does.
What are the best SaasAnt alternatives?
It depends on the job. For bulk loading into QuickBooks, the alternatives are QuickBooks Online's own import feature and other bulk importers. For syncing sales channels, A2X, Link My Books and Synder post settlements automatically. For proving the books agree after the load, reconciliation software such as Reconciler works read-only beside the import.
Can I use SaasAnt and reconciliation software together?
Yes, and that is the normal shape. SaasAnt works upstream, getting rows into QuickBooks Online. Reconciliation software works downstream, proving that the ledger now agrees with the bank, the cards and every processor, and catching duplicate or missing entries an import can leave behind.
