Read-only ยท Never moves money
Stripe does not publish a price for the full Stripe Connector for NetSuite. Checked on October 1, 2026, its app listing says "Paid subscription required", the full plan has no self-serve onboarding, and you get a number by requesting a demo. The free version only adds Stripe payment links to NetSuite invoices and syncs nothing. Of the third-party Stripe NetSuite integrations, Nova Module and PayPack both publish a base price of $500 a month billed annually, and Celigo prices by endpoints and flows without printing a figure.
That is the short answer. The longer one matters more, because a NetSuite team searching for connector pricing is usually trying to solve one of two different problems: getting Stripe activity created in NetSuite as records, or proving that what Stripe paid out matches what landed in the bank and what the ledger says. The first needs a connector. The second may not. We read each vendor's own website on October 1, 2026, and the tables below show only what they publish.
How much does the Stripe Connector for NetSuite cost?
The full Stripe Connector for NetSuite is sold as a paid subscription quoted after a demo, and Stripe does not list the amount on its marketplace page, its documentation or its plan comparison. The free tier costs nothing but only lets customers pay NetSuite invoices through a Stripe payment link. Payment sync, Billing sync and cash reconciliation are all on the paid plan.
Stripe's own plan comparison makes the split clear. The free plan supports self-serve onboarding and collecting NetSuite invoice payments through Stripe. Everything a finance team usually wants is marked unsupported on free and supported on full: syncing Stripe data to NetSuite automatically, bringing Stripe Billing activity in, automating NetSuite cash reconciliation, custom field mapping, multiple subsidiaries, multiple currencies and automated currency conversion. The full plan also lists self-serve onboarding as unsupported, so a Stripe implementation contact is part of the purchase.
| Option | What it does, per the vendor | Published price, checked October 1, 2026 | How you start |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe Connector for NetSuite, free | Stripe payment links on NetSuite invoices. No data sync | $0 | Self-serve install |
| Stripe Connector for NetSuite, full | Syncs payments, refunds, disputes, payouts, invoices and customers; reconciles payouts to NetSuite bank deposits with fees and currency conversion | Not published. "Paid subscription required" | Demo, then implementation with Stripe |
| Nova Module Stripe NetSuite integration | Customers, invoices, payments, credit memos, refunds, credit notes and disputes between Stripe and NetSuite, built on Celigo's integrator.io | $500 a month billed annually; each add-on, such as another Stripe account, has its own subscription fee | Demo |
| PayPack | Stripe and NetSuite data sync, payment links, authorize and capture, multiple Stripe accounts in OneWorld, and Stripe payout reconciliation | Starting at $500 a month billed annually; add-on license fee of 25% of the monthly fee | 30-day free trial |
| Celigo Stripe NetSuite integration app | Prebuilt Stripe to NetSuite flows on Celigo's integration platform | Not published. Priced by endpoints and flows across Standard, Professional and Enterprise editions | 30-day free trial or demo |
| Folio3 Stripe NetSuite connector | Native connector that runs inside NetSuite | Not published. "Request for Pricing" | Demo |
| ZonePayments by Zone and Co | Payment collection and reconciliation embedded in NetSuite | Not published on its product page | Demo |
Two of the seven options print a real number, and both start at the same place. If a sales rep quotes you well above $6,000 a year for a single Stripe account and a single subsidiary, those two published prices are the useful comparison to bring to the call.
What does the free version of the Stripe Connector for NetSuite include?
The free version lets you add a Stripe payment link to invoices created in NetSuite so customers can pay by card or bank transfer. That is all it does. It does not create payments, deposits, fees or refunds in NetSuite, so someone still records the cash and reconciles the payout by hand or with another tool.
That makes the free tier a collections convenience, not an accounting integration. Teams sometimes install it, see payments arriving in Stripe, and assume the books are handled. They are not. The invoice still sits open in NetSuite until somebody applies the payment, and the Stripe payout that later hits the bank is a net figure of many charges minus fees and refunds, which nobody has broken down.
What does a Stripe NetSuite integration cost per year?
On published prices, a Stripe NetSuite integration starts around $6,000 a year: $500 a month billed annually from Nova Module or PayPack. A second Stripe account on PayPack adds 25% of the monthly fee, about $1,500 a year. Stripe's full connector, Celigo, Folio3 and ZonePayments are quoted, and implementation or customization can be a separate line on any of them.
The quote is driven by a handful of things on every vendor's side, so it pays to know your own numbers before the first call:
- Stripe accounts and NetSuite subsidiaries. Each extra Stripe account or OneWorld subsidiary is the most common add-on.
- Stripe products in use. Payments alone is the simple case. Billing, Invoicing, Connect and Terminal each add record types and mapping work.
- Currencies. Multi-currency settlement and conversion sit on the paid tier of Stripe's own connector.
- Revenue recognition. If Stripe Billing should feed NetSuite revenue recognition, expect more configuration time.
- Volume. Integration platforms that price by flows or endpoints care less about transaction count, but connectors sold per account or per entity add up as you grow.
For a sense of where this sits in a NetSuite budget, our guide to NetSuite Account Reconciliation pricing covers what Oracle charges for its own reconciliation module and where third-party tools come in cheaper.
Do you need a Stripe connector or only payout reconciliation?
You need a connector if Stripe activity has to exist in NetSuite as individual records: invoices marked paid, customer payments applied, refunds and disputes posted. You may not need one if your team already books Stripe as a summary journal entry each day or each payout, and the real problem is proving that the payouts, fees and bank deposits agree with the ledger.
A lot of US companies on NetSuite sit in that second group. Revenue comes in through Stripe, the controller posts a daily or per-payout summary entry from a Stripe report, and month end is spent tying three things together: the Stripe balance report, the bank statement and the cash account in NetSuite. Paying $6,000 or more a year for a connector that creates thousands of records does not shorten that tie-out if the records were never the problem.
That tie-out is what Stripe payment reconciliation software does. Reconciler connects Stripe and NetSuite read-only with keys you create in your own accounts, takes the bank side from a Mercury or Brex connection or a CSV statement from any bank, and matches each payout to its deposit and to the ledger, with the fees, refunds and disputes inside it broken out. Every pair comes with a plain-English reason and anything left over is flagged. It never writes to NetSuite or Stripe. The Growth plan, which includes the NetSuite connection, is $89 a month billed yearly, or $179 month to month.
Plenty of teams end up running both: a connector to create the records, and a reconciliation check to confirm the connector got them right. Connectors fail quietly when a mapping changes, a new Stripe product goes live or a subsidiary is added, and the first sign is usually a cash account that will not tie at month end.
Where Stripe to NetSuite still breaks after the connector is live
Integration vendors describe the happy path. These are the cases that still turn up in month-end reviews, whichever connector you buy:
- Payouts that straddle month end. Charges captured on the 31st settle in a payout dated the 2nd. The connector records both correctly and the cash account still shows a difference at the cutoff.
- Fees netted out of payouts. A $48,210.55 payout covers gross charges, processing fees, refunds and sometimes Stripe Capital or Radar charges. If fees post to the wrong account, the deposit matches and the P&L is wrong.
- Disputes and reversals. A dispute debit, a fee and a later reversal can land in three different payouts.
- Multiple Stripe accounts. Each account pays out separately, often to different bank accounts, and add-on pricing means some teams connect only the main account.
- Currency conversion. A charge in euros settles in dollars at Stripe's rate. Stripe's connector handles conversion on its paid plan, but someone still has to confirm the rate difference landed in the right account.
- Stripe Connect. Application fees and transfers to connected accounts add a second layer that most simple setups do not map at all.
The same pattern shows up with PayPal and Square, which is why our payment reconciliation software page treats processors as one problem rather than one connector each.
Is there a cheaper alternative to the Stripe Connector for NetSuite?
Yes, for part of the job. If you only want customers to pay NetSuite invoices through Stripe, Stripe's free tier costs nothing. If you need full record sync, Nova Module and PayPack publish $500 a month billed annually. If you only need proof that Stripe payouts, fees and deposits tie to NetSuite, reconciliation software at $89 a month billed yearly covers it without creating records.
The cheapest option that actually works is the one sized to the problem you have. A company processing a few hundred Stripe charges a month and posting a daily summary entry rarely needs per-transaction sync. A SaaS business on Stripe Billing with revenue recognition in NetSuite almost certainly does, and should budget for implementation as well as the subscription.
Questions to ask before you sign a Stripe NetSuite integration
Ask each vendor to show a real payout going from Stripe to a NetSuite deposit during the demo, not slides. Then get written answers to these:
- Is each additional Stripe account or NetSuite subsidiary a separate fee, and how much?
- Is implementation included in the subscription, quoted separately, or billed by the hour?
- Which Stripe objects are synced, and which are not? Ask about Connect, Terminal, Capital and Radar fees by name.
- How are processing fees posted: per charge, per payout, or as one monthly entry?
- What happens when a sync fails? Who is alerted, and how do you find records that never arrived?
- Does the price change with transaction volume, and what is the renewal increase cap?
Connector prices and packaging change, and five of the seven options above do not publish a figure at all, so any number you are quoted is worth re-checking against the vendor's own page. If you are comparing several vendors over a long evaluation, a tool that tracks changes on competitor and vendor pricing pages saves re-checking each site by hand before the renewal meeting.
If your ledger is NetSuite and the gap is the tie-out rather than the sync, the details of the read-only connection are on our NetSuite reconciliation page, and every plan is listed on the Reconciler pricing page.
