A WooCommerce Xero integration costs from $0 to about $300 a month for a US store, depending on order volume and on whether the tool posts one summary per payout or every order. Read from vendor pages on November 5, 2026, the published entry points are Amaka at $18 a month billed yearly for 500 transactions (a free plan covers 60), Webgility at $69 a month yearly for 300 orders, Synder at $52 yearly for 500 transactions, and the official WooCommerce Xero extension at 99 euros a year. Taxomate, a common pick for Etsy and eBay, does not list WooCommerce as a sales channel.

Every option below moves WooCommerce sales into Xero. None of them proves that the payout your processor sent matches the entry in Xero and the deposit in your bank, and that check is what eats the last two days of a month end. The tables show only what each vendor publishes, and where a page left something out we say so.

How much does a WooCommerce Xero integration cost?

Budget $0 to $18 a month for a light store on Amaka, about $69 to $129 a month for a multichannel tool such as Webgility or Synder, and a flat 99 euros a year for the official WooCommerce extension. You pay for Xero on top: $27, $59 or $97 a month on the US plans.

Webgility lists WooCommerce as a storefront but prints no WooCommerce-specific plan, so its Xero ladder is the general one. Synder's Xero support is documented on its site; we could not confirm WooCommerce on the page we read, so check that before you buy. We did not publish a MyWorks price because we could not read it first-hand.

Does Xero integrate with WooCommerce?

Yes, through extensions and apps rather than a built-in connector. The official extension sends each WooCommerce order to Xero as an invoice with product, shipping, discount and tax lines, then applies the payment to that invoice. Summary tools such as Amaka and Synder instead post settled sales, fees and refunds in grouped entries.

The choice matters for your bank feed. A per-order invoice is easy to audit against a single sale, but the payout from your processor covers many orders net of fees, so the bank line matches none of them one for one.

What does a WooCommerce to Xero sync cost at 200, 1,000 and 5,000 orders a month?

Orders a monthAmakaWebgilitySynderOfficial extension

5,000$49 yearly rateGet a quoteFrom $29999 euros a year

The Webgility figure at 1,000 orders is our arithmetic from its published overage rate. Amaka's Premium+ is the plan with no transaction cap, and its price is shown billed annually only. The official extension looks cheapest on paper, but its WooCommerce.com listing carries a 2.5 out of 5 rating from 17 reviews, and reviewers mention that payments cannot be mapped to different Xero bank accounts by payment method. That is exactly the gap that makes a Stripe payout and a PayPal payout hard to tie out.

What does your processor take out before the payout reaches your bank?

WooCommerce stores usually run Stripe, PayPal or both, and each pays out net of fees and after a delay. Stripe's standard US rate is 2.9% plus $0.30 per card charge, and a payout bundles a day or more of charges, minus refunds and disputes. A store that sold $1,200 across 40 orders sees one deposit of about $1,150 in the bank, while Xero holds 40 invoices that add up to $1,200.

That difference of fees and refunds is not an error, but someone has to prove it. Left to the end of the month, it turns into a clearing account that never reaches zero.

Is there a free WooCommerce integration for Xero?

Amaka has a free plan for up to 60 transactions a month with summarized sync, which suits a very small store. Past that, every tool we read charges. A free tier is fine for testing the posting format, and the first busy month is when it stops being enough.

What is the cheapest way to connect WooCommerce to Xero?

For under 500 transactions a month, Amaka is the cheapest published route. For a single store that wants one invoice per order and no monthly fee, the official extension at 99 euros a year is the lowest recurring cost, with the payment mapping limit above. For a store that also sells on Amazon or eBay, Webgility and Synder cost more per month but handle several channels in one subscription.

Which Xero plan do WooCommerce stores need?

Xero lists three US plans: Early at $27 a month, Growing at $59 and Established at $97. Early limits you to five bills a month, which matters if you pay suppliers by bill. Multi-currency is only on Established, so a store that charges in pounds or euros should price that plan in before choosing a sync tool.

Why doesn't my WooCommerce payout match Xero?

Because the processor pays out net and in batches, and the sync records gross sales. If a per-order tool posts the invoice and the bank feed also records the deposit as income, revenue lands twice. A summary tool fixes the shape, but it cannot prove the payout arrived, catch a reserve held back, or notice that a refund pulled a later deposit below what the orders add up to.

Once the books agree with the bank, the next question is which products earn their margin. A store owner who wants to push the winners can turn a product page into hooks and video scripts with an AI ad generator that builds ads from a product link.

Do I need a sync app and reconciliation software?

Most WooCommerce stores on Xero need one tool to move the data and one way to prove it is right. The sync tool posts the sales. Ecommerce payment reconciliation software checks the result against the money that arrived. Reconciler connects Xero read-only and takes your bank statement as a CSV upload (Mercury and Brex connect directly), then matches each payout on the bank statement to the entry your sync posted, with a plain English reason under every pair and every exception flagged.

To be clear about the limit: Reconciler does not read WooCommerce or processor reports to split a payout into orders and fees. That stays the sync tool's job. It proves that each deposit landed and agrees with the ledger, and catches the duplicates and missing deposits a sync cannot see. It never posts to Xero and never moves money, so it runs next to whichever tool you choose. The Xero reconciliation page shows how the connection works, and you can see Reconciler's plans: $89 a month billed yearly on Growth, or $179 month to month.

What should I ask before paying for a WooCommerce Xero tool?

  • What counts toward the limit? Orders, transactions or revenue. Synder counts refunds and adjustments; Webgility counts orders across every channel.
  • Does it post per payout or per order? A payout summary ties to the bank; per-order detail helps when a customer disputes one sale.
  • Can payments map to different Xero bank accounts? If you take Stripe and PayPal, this decides whether the clearing accounts stay clean.
  • How does it handle refunds and partial shipments? A refund should reverse in the same entry set, not appear as unmatched income.
  • How far back can it import? History depth varies by plan.
  • How will I know each clearing account is right at month end? If the answer is "check it by hand", budget that time.

Prices in this category change often, so confirm any figure on the vendor's own page. If your ledger is QuickBooks rather than Xero, the ladder differs. The other Xero channel guides cover Shopify Xero integration pricing, Etsy Xero integration pricing, eBay Xero integration pricing and Amazon Xero integration pricing.
