An Amazon QuickBooks integration costs between $0 and about $300 a month for most US sellers on QuickBooks Online. Checked on October 8, 2026, Intuit's Amazon Seller Connector by QuickBooks is free with every QuickBooks Online plan. Paid settlement apps cost $14 to $44 a month on Taxomate, $24 to $68 on Link My Books and $29 to $79 on A2X between 200 and 5,000 orders a month. Synder and Webgility start at $65 and $79 and climb faster, because they sell multichannel sync rather than Amazon accounting alone.
Every option below moves Amazon activity into QuickBooks. None of them proves that what QuickBooks now shows agrees with the Amazon disbursements that actually reached your bank, and that is the gap that turns month end into a spreadsheet exercise. We read each vendor's own pricing page on October 8, 2026, and the tables show only what each one publishes. Where a vendor leaves something out, the table says so instead of guessing.
How much does an Amazon QuickBooks integration cost?
Expect $0 for Intuit's connector, $14 to $79 a month for a settlement app such as Taxomate, Link My Books or A2X up to 5,000 orders, and $65 to $300 a month for Synder or Webgility, which bundle other sales channels. Bookkeep is the outlier because it prices on annual revenue, not on order count. Connex is annual only and starts at $4,788 a year.

Two vendors you may expect to see are not in the table. MyWorks Sync has no Amazon connector of its own and reaches Amazon orders only after they pass through Shopify. Amazon does not sell a separate QuickBooks product either; the QuickBooks Online app in its Selling Partner Appstore is Intuit's connector.
What does each app cost at 200, 1,000 and 5,000 orders a month?
Price ladders are only useful at your own volume, so we priced every option for an Amazon-only US seller with one North America Merchant ID, QuickBooks Online and no inventory sync, counting one order as one transaction. For Bookkeep we assumed a $35 average order, which puts those three sellers at about $84,000, $420,000 and $2.1 million a year in sales.
| Option, monthly billing | 200 orders | 1,000 orders | 5,000 orders |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intuit connector | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| Taxomate | $14 | $24 | $44 |
| Link My Books | $24 | $47 | $68 |
| A2X | $29 | $59 | $79 |
| Bookkeep | $19 (see note) | $49 | $199 |
| Synder | $65 | From $129 | From $299 |
| Webgility | $79 | $159 (Advanced plus one 500-order block) | $239 (Advanced plus nine blocks) |
| Connex | $399 a month equivalent, billed $4,788 a year, plus $900 | Same as at 200 | Above Platinum's 36,000 a year, so Enterprise at a quoted price |
Three things stand out. Taxomate is the cheapest paid option at every volume we priced, and its yearly billing cuts it further, to $12, $20 and $37. Webgility at 5,000 orders is cheaper on Advanced plus overage blocks than on its Complete plan, which would cost $349 plus overage for the same seller, so check the math before accepting the plan a sales rep suggests. And Bookkeep's Lite plan card lists Amazon while the Lite FAQ leaves Amazon off its eligible channels, so a small seller could find the real entry price is Starter at $49. Ask before you subscribe.
Is the Amazon QuickBooks connector free?
Yes, the connector itself is free. Intuit's Amazon Seller Connector by QuickBooks is included with every QuickBooks Online plan, and the only cost is QuickBooks Online, which lists at $38 a month for Simple Start up to $340 for Advanced before promotional discounts. It records each sale as a sales receipt, books Amazon fees as an expense and groups them into one deposit per disbursement, with up to twelve months of history.
The trade-off is detail. A sales receipt per sale is fine at 200 orders a month and heavy at 5,000, when QuickBooks fills with thousands of small documents that someone still has to reconcile against one lump deposit. That is the moment most sellers move to a settlement app, which posts one summarized entry per Amazon settlement instead.
What is the cheapest way to connect Amazon to QuickBooks?
The cheapest way is Intuit's free connector, and the cheapest paid settlement app we found is Taxomate at $14 a month for 200 orders, or $12 billed yearly. Cheapest is not the only test, though. If you sell on Amazon and Shopify or Walmart, price the multichannel plans: Link My Books charges $77 for two channels at 5,000 orders, and Taxomate's Multi-channel plan runs $27 to $299.
Which Amazon QuickBooks app is best for my order volume?
Under about 300 orders a month, the free Intuit connector or Taxomate is enough for most sellers, and the difference in cost is small enough that ease of setup should decide. Between 1,000 and 5,000 orders, a settlement app (Taxomate, Link My Books or A2X) keeps QuickBooks readable, and the price gap between them is $24 to $59 at 1,000 orders and $44 to $79 at 5,000. A2X costs the most of the three but includes a 1:1 onboarding session on every plan, and A2X and Link My Books are the two that accountants most often already know.
Synder and Webgility make sense when Amazon is one of several channels and you want per-order detail, inventory or QuickBooks Desktop. Synder lets you choose summary or per-transaction sync, and Webgility posts per order. Both cost more because they do more, and Synder counts refunds and other non-fee transactions toward its limits, so a seller near a tier boundary can tip into the next plan in a heavy returns month. If you want the full multichannel comparison, our A2X vs Link My Books pricing breakdown and the Shopify QuickBooks integration pricing guide price the same vendors for Shopify.
Does any Amazon app work with QuickBooks Desktop?
Yes, but only a few. Webgility runs a separate QuickBooks Enterprise ladder from $199 a month billed yearly, or $249 month to month, for 1,000 orders. Synder supports QuickBooks Desktop from its Essential plan up, and Connex supports Desktop and Enterprise on its annual plans. Intuit's connector, Taxomate, Link My Books, A2X and Bookkeep are QuickBooks Online (and in some cases Xero) only.
Why doesn't my Amazon deposit match QuickBooks?
Because an Amazon disbursement is a net figure that bundles weeks of activity. One settlement nets sales against referral fees, FBA fees, advertising charges, refunds, reimbursements and reserve holds, and the reserve released in one settlement often belongs to sales from an earlier one. A sync app turns the settlement report into an entry in QuickBooks. If the bank feed also creates a deposit for the same disbursement, it lands twice; if a settlement is split across two bank transfers, or a reserve is held back, the entry and the bank line disagree.
The result is the familiar month-end problem: Seller Central, the bank and QuickBooks each show a different total, and nobody can say which settlement explains the gap. Sellers who also pay out through other channels see the same pattern in their Shopify payout reconciliation. And if you sell across Amazon, Etsy and YouTube and want one running view of what each income stream actually paid out, a payout tracker built for creators and sellers sits upstream of the books.
Do I need a sync app and reconciliation software?
Most Amazon sellers on QuickBooks need one tool to move the data and one way to prove it is right. The sync app posts the settlement. Ecommerce payment reconciliation software checks the result against the money that arrived. Reconciler connects QuickBooks Online read-only and takes your bank statement as a CSV upload (Mercury and Brex connect directly), then matches each Amazon disbursement on the bank statement to the deposit your sync app or the Intuit connector posted in QuickBooks, line by line, with a plain English reason under every pair and every exception flagged.
To be clear about the limit: Reconciler does not read Amazon settlement reports, so it does not split a disbursement into its orders and fees. That stays the sync app's job. What it does is prove that the deposit landed and agrees with the ledger, and catch the duplicates and missing deposits that a sync on its own cannot see. It never posts to QuickBooks and never moves money, so it runs next to whichever app you pick. With QuickBooks Online connected it is $89 a month billed yearly, or $179 month to month. The QuickBooks reconciliation page shows how the ledger connection works.
What should I ask before paying for an Amazon QuickBooks app?
- What counts toward the limit? Orders, transactions or revenue. Synder counts refunds and adjustments; Link My Books uses a rolling average and upgrades you automatically after an email notice.
- Does it post per order or per settlement? A settlement summary keeps QuickBooks readable at volume; per-order detail helps when a buyer disputes one charge.
- How far back can it import? Intuit's connector goes back twelve months, A2X ties history depth to the plan (three months on Mini, 24 on Standard), and Taxomate includes unlimited history.
- Does it handle cost of goods sold and inventory? Most settlement apps post sales and fees only; inventory is an add-on or a higher plan.
- Is there a setup fee? Connex charges $900 for guided implementation. The others we read charge none and include an onboarding call.
- How will I know the Amazon clearing account is right at month end? If the answer is "check it by hand", plan for that job or for a tool that does it.
Prices in this category change often, so confirm any figure here on the vendor's own page before you buy. If the sync already runs and the real problem is proving that Amazon, the bank and QuickBooks agree, you can see Reconciler's plans and match your own disbursements the same day. The same choice, with different ladders, comes up for Stripe QuickBooks integration pricing and PayPal QuickBooks integration pricing.
